This is informed to all authors and readers that the “International Journal of Humanities, Social Sciences and Communication” is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to maintaining high academic standards, research integrity and originality. The journal follows a rigorous double-blind peer review system, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. A dedicated Peer Review Committee consisting of experienced academicians, researchers and subject experts has been constituted to ensure the quality, relevance and ethical compliance of published research.

Peer review is a critical quality control mechanism for any academic journal. Through this process, submitted manuscripts are evaluated from multiple perspectives including originality, clarity of writing, methodological rigor, technical accuracy, ethical considerations and relevance to the discipline. Initially, each manuscript submitted to IJhssc is examined by the Editorial Board to assess scope alignment, formatting compliance and ethical standards. The editor’s office performs plagiarism screening using standard plagiarism detection tools. Manuscripts found suitable are then forwarded to two independent subject experts for double-blind peer review. If revisions or improvements are suggested, the manuscript is returned to the author for necessary corrections. Acceptance or rejection decisions are communicated to authors via email within 7–15 days of submission. Accepted papers are published within 7–15 days after receipt of all required documents.
